what legal defence can be used to prevent further issues of employee bullying and harassment being done on the job by a war vet, with intentional values bording racial discrepencies and dishonor to moral values. Verbal Contract all soldiers and the President are bound by governed words of appointed titled offices,(breach of contract). Ending of mind headgames conflicting with work performance as well as

age discrepenencies that contribute to loss of work place safty and harmony

Employeer has be given verbal understanding to all problems, but dos't seem to acknowleage that tho workplace is deemed a sweatshop based on job trade. Upholstry shop . If further continued of body language and harassment dose not stop

please help anybody.

You don't even give any details here. If the behavior is criminal, then call the police. You may have a hostile work environment situation (which is a civil issue, not criminal), but I can't say without specific details of what the war vet is doing.
