What are the legal requirement needed to acquire admissible statement in Arizona? [This post has been moved to its own discussion - Moderator] Source: findlaw [link removed] |

Your question makes absolutely no sense. In the abstract, one can "acquire admissible evidence" without following any requirements. For example, let's say that Bob shoots and kills John and tosses his gun in Lake Wannahockaloogie. Several days later, Jim is fisihing in the lake and his hook snags Bob's gun. Jim pulls it out of the lake and, voila! Jim has "acquire[d] admissible evidence" (assuming Jim turns the gun over to the police who find out it is registered to Bob and match the bullet that killed John to Bob's gun). So, perhaps you might care to provide some context for this question. |
